Acupuncture is a medicinal art form that is thousands of years old. By placing very thin needles along specific meridians and points on the body, acupuncture can relieve many conditions. Acupuncture is a very safe and effective way to relieve conditions such as stress, anxiety and pain to name a few.

Auriculotherapy

Auriculotherapy is the placement of little seeds on various pressure points within the ear. The seeds will stay on for about 3-5 days and it is recommended you have them reapplied once a week. This is perfect for those who are needle phobic, on a tight budget or time schedule. This will take approximately 15min.

Guasha

Guasha translates loosely to "scraping". A ceramic spoon is rubbed over the skin until the tissues release stagnant fluids to the surface of the body. This produces red to dark purple petechia on the skin (similar to cupping) that will only last a couple of days. An immediate benefit of guasha is improved circulation, which in turn leads to a reduction in pain and inflammation. Approximately 30 minutes.
